Elf Farm Supplies produces mushroom compost (substrate). Our mushroom compost is manufactured from recycled agricultural materials, including wheaten straw, poultry manure, stable bedding, gypsum and other nitrogen rich products, which are combined with a well-engineered environment to produce a high quality product... Our mushroom compost accounts for 70% of NSW's total mushroom production, and 25% of the country's production. Our expertise has been gained over 50 years in the industry and we have developed refinements to the composting processes that are now used throughout the world.
