EP Investment Group was founded by Frank Eversole and Rick Pouliot in 2009, as a local residential redevelopment company. Located on the Westside of Cincinnati, we have a strong focus on doing what's right for the homes we recreate, and the community they're located in. We seek to reclaim dated neighborhood housing stock and return it to the marketplace as functionally modern living space. To that end, we see ourselves more as "Community Re-developers", rather than "house flippers." We are active in our local civic organization, hold Advisory Board positions with Westwood's event programming organization, and frequently hold fundraisers at our own home for local non-profits... Realizing the need to establish better market-rate housing in our area, we began purchasing foreclosure properties as a way to provide more stylish renovations than had traditionally been available.
