IFAC provides financial, operational and administrative support to the IPSASB and, if applicable, in consultation with the PIC. IFAC does not interfere with the independent decision-making process of the IPSASB as the IPSASB carries out its public interest function under these terms of reference... IFAC provides adoption and implementation support and facilitates the work of the IPSASB, and the other independent standard-setting boards, through in-kind support in areas such as communications, finance, human resources, and intellectual property management... The IPSASB's primary funder is IFAC. IFAC support contributes to the development, adoption and implementation of high-quality international standards.
