With an eye for style and passion for helping others, Austin bought FCI of Birmingham in 2020 to make flooring dreams a reality. After gaining valuable experience as a partner in his family's home improvement business, Austin was ready to take the reins on his own venture.
Now he enjoys giving back to the local community while providing customers with beautiful, durable floors. When he's not helping clients pick the perfect tile or hardwood, you can find Austin staying active with CrossFit, playing ultimate frisbee, and spending quality time with his wife, son, and beloved dog Sophie.
With his dedication to service and commitment to living well, Austin brings an infectious energy and spirit to everything he does.
Lexi is our new Design Associate at Floor Coverings International of South Idaho. She brings her high paced bubbly energy to our office and customers. Lexi has been in the home improvement industry for the last 5 years. She is extremely knowledgeable and takes her time to engage with all of our customers. When Lexi is out of the office, she loves to spend time with family and friends. You can always catch her with her pups out on new adventures.
Mark opened FCI Mission Viejo in 2017. After more than 30 years working as a sales and marketing executive for technology companies and a not-for-profit charity focused on education, Mark followed his passion for entrepreneurship and now enjoys working with clients to create their unique vision for beautiful, new floors in their home or business. Mark's volunteer work has focused on youth sports, coaching many soccer teams and umpiring for baseball. As a member of a local business networking group, Mark meets regularly with other small business owners in the local community.

Marla is the Office Manager for Floor Coverings International of South Idaho. Marla is an essential member to our FCI family. When Marla is not at the office you can find her out in our local community where she volunteers as a First Responder. She loves to also spend quality time with family and her beloved K-9's.

Nice to meet you, my name is Rocky Marciano! Let me tell you a bit about myself. I have been in the home improvement industry for the past 24 years, 18 of which have been in flooring. I have specialized in Residential as well as Large Scale Commercial Projects. We are a locally owned and family operated business. Our goal at Floor Coverings International is to provide a great flooring experience from the initial first meeting to the final walk though! We excel in providing great customer service and product selection that we bring to you in our mobile showroom.
Savahna is our HR Manager/ Office Administrator here at Floor Coverings International of South Idaho. Savahna has been in the banking industry for over 20 years. She brings her knowledge and experience of customer service. She puts her heart in everything she does, including work and family where both Savahna and Rocky are blessed to raise their three girls. On her off time, she enjoys the great outdoors & family trips.
Mike and Zyra got firsthand experience with the frustrations of the home services industry while renovating their condo. That was a driving force behind their desire to use Floor Coverings International as a vehicle to spare their neighbors from those negative experiences and instill a sense of excitement and true collaboration while helping them realize their ideal flooring. They are members of the Greater LAX and El Segundo Chambers of Commerce as well as the Filipino-American Chamber of Commerce of Greater LA due to Zyra's Filipino heritage. They are also proud supporters of Mychal's Learning Place, which provides employment and educational opportunities for young people with developmental difficulties, as well as bake delicious cookies for all of our customers!
