Soon after I started my career as a personal trainer, I was working really early in the morning, sleeping for a few hours at lunchtime, and then hitting up the sessions again at night... I realized I was living my life based on everyone else's schedule, and not my own. I was exhausted, my workouts were crappy, and I was frustrated and unhappy... With the help of my ridiculously supportive husband, I said f*** it, and took out an ad in the local paper.
