HEART OF WEST GEORGIA

Heart of West Georgia is a 501 (c) 3 organization focuses on raising money for Heart Education, Cardiovascular Projects, Women's Health and Obesity to support the people of West Georgia. All money raised will remain in our community as we work to battle our nations #1 Killer, Heart Disease... Heart of West Georgia, Inc. (HOWG) was formed to raise funds to provide awareness of healthy hearts to Lagrange, GA and the surrounding area. The board raises funds through planned fundraisers one of which is an annual golf tournament in the spring of each year. HOWG's mission is to provide grants for projects related to education, equipment, and research in the following areas of concern and focus: Cardiovascular Disease, Women's Health, and Childhood Obesity.
