Building Surveyor Awards 2023 (BSA 2023) is organised by Building Surveying Division of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS - BSD) to enhance public recognition to preeminent projects with substantial contributions by Building Surveyors, in terms of design, management, originality, application, sustainability, and value enhancement.
