Christina was promoted to the role of President in 2022, where she now oversees the company's strategic goals and growth plans. Christina has over 15 years of experience in employee benefits, and her expertise is undoubtedly valuable to the team at HRIS and the industry as a whole. With an MBA and a Bachelor's Degree in Communication, she has both business and interpersonal communication skills, which are essential for her leadership role. Christina balances her professional accomplishments with her personal life as well. She has three children, loves to travel, and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Dave Landis

David Buono - VP

David Buono is the VP of HRIS Insurance Services, a leading provider of health insurance and employee benefits with superior client support. David joined HRIS in 2020 with over 35 years of experience in health benefits and management. He started his career at FHP while in college and found his passion is benefits. David worked his way up from receptionist into management of 3 medical centers before moving to MetLife Medical. There he managed and developed the provider networks in negotiating contracts as well as client and provider disputes. He continued through the corporate mergers of Travelers, MetraHealth then United Healthcare when he moved into large group account management of Union and non-Union clients. David continued in client management when he moved to PacifiCare then Cigna. While at Cigna he managed middle market clients. He also managed the small group business for all of California. He worked with the actuaries and developed competitive small group plans which grew the enrollment so large it was necessary to open a California Small Group division. David won Cigna National Gold Circle for two years for client growth and retention. With his experience in providing client service and support he decided to become a broker and opened an employee benefits department at a Property & Casualty broker agency. David now manages the HRIS team in providing white glove customer service and support.
