AMIR HAGOO

Amir Hagoo, Esq. is of counsel of MURATBEKOV LAW, P.A. and licensed attorney in State of Florida. His primary concentration is criminal defense where immigrants allegedly violate the laws. Additionally, Mr. Hagoo is licensed attorney in Canada. Mr. Hagoo was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. In 2004, after graduating with an Honors Degree, in political science from York University, he was admitted to St. Thomas University Law School in Miami. When Mr. Hagoo graduated in 2007, he became a Member of the Florida Bar the same year, and entered the legal profession. As an attorney Mr. Hagoo's passion for practicing in the areas of criminal defense and immigration law landed him a position with the Broward County Public Defender's Office from 2008 thru 2012. From day one, Mr. Hagoo began to hone his motion practice and trial skills as a criminal defense lawyer at the Public Defender's Office. Mr. Hagoo handled over a thousand misdemeanors, juvenile, and felony cases from the investigative stage all the way through to trial by judge or trial by jury. He has taken well over 50 trials to verdict, argued many pre-trial evidentiary motions, defended post-conviction matters, including violations of probation and motions to vacate, and got involved in many cases at the "pre-file," or case-filing stage. Mr. Hagoo has been successful in achieving positive results for his clients in many of his cases. After his time at the Public Defender's Office, Mr. Hagoo entered private practice with the intent of providing premium legal services in criminal defense and immigration law. Being an immigrant himself, Mr. Hagoo has first-hand experience in navigating through the complex and daunting American immigration system.

CAMILO ORTEGA

Mr. Ortega is of counsel for MURATBEKOV LAW, P.A. He specifically represents Spanish-speaking clients in all areas of U.S. Immigration Law. Mr. Ortega is no stranger to immigration. Since an early age, he knew he wanted to be an attorney and specialize in immigration after the process he and his family went through migrating to the United States from Colombia. That passion fueled Mr. Ortega to pursue his law education. Thus, graduating with his law degree from St. Thomas University. With over seven years of experience in immigration law, he has also made it his life's work to help as many immigrants as possible, in order to keep their families together here in the United States. Mr. Ortega works tirelessly with non-profit organizations such as the Cuban American Bar Association, and the Miami-Dade Legal Aid clinic to provide pro bono services to members of our society who cannot afford the cost of retaining his services otherwise.

Mr. Muratbekov is admitted to the New York Bar only and his practice in Florida is limited to immigration law. Mr. Muratbekov holds law degrees from Kyrgyz National University named after Jusup Balasagyn, Kyrgyz Republic and St. Thomas University, School of Law, Miami, Florida.

Ms. Galina D. Urman

Ms. Galina D. Urman is of counsel of MURATBEKOV LAW, P.A. and a licensed attorney in the State of Florida and been a member of the Florida Bar since 2011. Ms. Urman graduated, cum laude, from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, Auburn Hills, Michigan. Prior to law school, Ms. Urman attended Michigan State University where she graduated, with Honors, with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations with a specialization in Political Economy. She also spent time living in Brussels, Belgium while attending Universitè Libre de Bruxelles. Ms. Urman's legal expertise and concentration is in the: L1 - visa, E - 2 visa and employment-based immigration. She has assisted hundreds of both individuals and businesses in obtaining immigration benefits. Galina first found her love for Immigration law while a law student when she interned at several immigration law firms in Michigan where she specialized in employment-based visa petitions. Ms. Urman coupled that with an externship at Behr America, Inc., in the General Counsel office, further expanding her legal knowledge base. Ms. Urman began her legal career as an Associate Attorney at a well-known Miami immigration law firm, where she focused on U.S. immigration and nationality law, while also gaining invaluable experience in business law, employment law and investment-based immigration for foreign nationals.
