I recently graduated from Bay Port High School and am super excited to collaborate with the team at InitiativeOne. This will mark my first year attending UW-GB to pursue a degree in finance and marketing. I'm an avid sports fan and even played varsity tennis in high school. I was also chess club president for a while and love board games. My favorite season is summer, and I travel anywhere I can. When I travel, I enjoy tasting cuisine from around the country; I especially love spicy food. I'm grateful for this opportunity to work at InitiativeOne, and I look forward to helping the team in our future projects. Besides exploring other career interests, I also am interested in real estate investment opportunities.
I am a Junior at Bay Port High School and am currently a Youth Apprentice working as an intern at InitiativeOne. My focus right now is exploring the marketing field in hopes of gaining knowledge and potentially finding something that sparks my interest to pursue in the future.
I was elected as a Class Officer for the second time at school and am also on the tennis team. I've been playing all 3 years with one undefeated season and will continue to play my senior year. I absolutely love food, especially desserts (I have the biggest sweet tooth)!
I enjoy travelling and visiting new places. My all-time favorite place I've been so far would be Colorado. I would love to move there one day. They have amazing scenery and food! It's just a beautiful environment.
I'm so excited and thankful for the opportunity to work at InitiativeOne. I look forward to working on future projects and helping the team, as well as gaining new knowledge and experience.

Dr. Paul Metler is passionate about helping others discover that positive transformation is possible. His work at InitiativeOne spans more than a decade. His leadership began in his family-owned trucking business, A.J. Metler Hauling and Rigging, Inc. Additionally, Dr. Metler is an ordained minister who draws from this experience and applies the importance of servant leadership and a holistic life to leadership development. He is co-author of the books Is Everyone On the Boat? and The Reality of Change. As Vice President of Content Development, he draws from these practices to be a catalyst for inciting change.

Phil has over 30 years of experience in school leadership and helps leaders in education and many other industries grow to become their best selves through InitiativeOne leadership principles. He enjoys seeing leaders taking on the challenge of personal growth and the ensuing positive results. Phil lives in the Milwaukee area with his family.
Garry is dedicated to helping as many people as possible to be the best they want to be and is excited to share his many years of international business experience. Garry was educated in the UK, South Africa, and the USA. He lives in Grand Rapids, Michigan, with his wife, Leandra. Garry loves to cook, read, cycle, and watch Formula One car racing.
Heidi brings 19 years' experience in branding and logo design, print/web design, marketing, creative direction, and art direction for both agencies and in-house departments. She earned her BFA with a concentration in Graphic Communications from Northern Michigan University. After graduation, her career has taken her throughout Wisconsin making stops at Madison, Milwaukee and now her hometown De Pere. Heidi spends most of her free time with her family, whether it is relaxing at her parent's cabin or going to Logan's baseball games or chasing around Madelyn. Her family consists of her husband Jason, son Logan and daughter Madelyn.
Nick seeks to serve others by clarifying meaning. He is passionate about learning and translating that into a compelling story. Nick brings experience working in a family-owned business in the leasing and logistics industry. He enjoys writing, watching movies, and grabbing coffee with his friends and family in his free time. He currently lives in Knoxville, TN.

Nick served eight years in the US Army and received his bachelor's degree from UW-Oshkosh. Nick brings over 15 years of experience in sales, marketing, and leadership. He has served in the financial services industry as well as in marketing. Nick is an avid learner who has a passion for helping others achieve the results they want to achieve. Nick lives in Green Bay with his wife, Deanna, and three daughters.
With over 25 years in leadership development, Regina's gift is to help clear the path to increased results. She helps leaders and teams uncover barriers and realize their potential.

Robert Smith decided that the opportunity to help people accelerate positive change in their lives was too irresistible. Retirement would have to wait. As an independent business strategist for over 35 years in the supermarket and convenience store industry, Robert always struggled to help companies with cultural challenges implement strategy. So, when five years ago, he was introduced to the Initiative One Leadership Transformation process through one of his clients, and he quickly recognized it was a game changer. Two years later, he was certified to facilitate and loves helping leaders from all walks of life discover their inner strength and tap into their full potential. It does not get any more rewarding than that.

Stephanie spent 12 years with Festival Foods and, most recently, Schreiber Foods. She has held various positions, including Senior Director of Marketing & Communications. She also managed Branding and Communications for Festival Foods, including eCommerce and social media. Stephanie is very active in the community and serves on the Board of Directors for The Women's Fund. She enjoys being active outdoors, great food, and strong coffee! Along with her husband Isaac, 3-year-old daughter Gabrielle, and rescue boxer Moxi, they enjoy spending time in ‘Up North' with family and friends.

Tracy's education and experience (BSN, RN and MBA) prepared her for a distinguished career in Healthcare.
