Kara Heath stands as one of the best recruiters for marketing jobs, a true tour-de-force in the industry. Pioneering the way in creative and marketing recruitment, she founded Innov8 Talent driven by the aspiration to enhance the recruitment process within the creative and marketing spheres.
She began her career in marketing and communications, before joining one of Houston's top staffing agencies. There, she honed her recruiting skills, learning the ins and outs of creative staffing while building relationships with Houston's biggest corporations and best-known agencies. From there, she headed to the West Coast where she served as the director for a staffing agency in San Francisco. These experiences served as the foundation for her to launch Innov8 Talent in 2018.

She has formed lasting relationships and has become a go-to partner for their hiring needs.
