Conrad grew up in Holtville, AL, graduated from Auburn University at Montgomery with a degree in Finance, and has been a resident of Wetumpka, AL for over 30 years. After college, he worked in the financial sector as a manager and as a financial analyst. Eventually he found his way to forestry and with more than 20 years of experience in the timber and logging business, joined the IndusTREE team in 2016. Conrad's current position with IndusTREE involves overseeing daily business operations as well as managing the administrative staff to ensure information is processed in a timely and efficient manner within the timber and logging divisions.
George grew up in Montgomery, went to Auburn University, and graduated with a degree in Forestry in the Spring of 2021. After internships throughout high school and college, the timber procurement business was calling his name. George has been working for IndusTREE since graduation. He now lives in Auburn and his current position has him cruising timber sales, meeting with landowners and consultants, negotiating with mills, and overseeing logging operations. His goal is to provide quality timber management and advice paired with sustainable forestry practices to ensure each landowners' objectives are met.

Herbert Stevenson grew up in Montgomery Alabama has been with IndusTREE since 2009.

Jimmy grew up in Ashland, AL where his dad, grandad and uncles all were loggers. He graduated from Lineville High School and has been a lifelong resident of Clay County. After high school, he decided to pursue other opportunities. But with logging in his blood, he decided to come back to his roots and went to work logging with his uncle. Jimmy spent several years as an owner/operator truck driver, but eventually he found his way to back to the woods. With more than 20 years of logging and trucking experience, he joined the Industree team in 2013. Jimmy leads and manages all IndusTREE logging operations.
Lane grew up in Opp, Alabama. He earned his BS in Forestry from the School of Forestry and Wildlife Sciences at Auburn University in 2020. He currently lives in Chelsea, Alabama. Lane joined IndusTREE in the fall of 2020. He strives to build strong relationships with wood dealers across central Alabama while managing wood flow for IndusTREE Pole & Piling. Lane also oversees logging operations and pole management within the mill. He believes communication, honesty, and a strong work ethic go a long way in this industry. Lane looks forward to growing within his career and is excited to take on new roles and responsibilities in this industry while continuing to build knowledge about forest products/timber.

Larry Jones is the CEO of IndusTREE Holdings based in Wetumpka, AL. He graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Forestry Management and a minor in business. He is a registered forester in Alabama and Georgia. In the 25-plus years since starting the business the company has developed into a vertically integrated organization comprised of 4 divisions and employing 200 people. Larry is a past board member of the Forest Resource Association, the Alabama Forestry Association and the ForestPAC. In 2014, he was the recipient of the Silver Saw Award for the Railway Tie Association.

Mel is an accomplished Senior Executive with 30 years of highly successful operations, sales and marketing leadership, general management. He earned his BS in Marketing from The Harbert College of Business at Auburn University, and his MA in Management from The Manderson Graduate School of Business at The University of Alabama. He has experience across numerous diverse industries. As COO, Mel leads and manages all operations across all IndusTREE divisions. Throughout his executive career, Mel has held leadership positions with IndusTREE Holdings, The Blackwell Group Consulting, EBSCO Industries, Inc., Health Partners America, ET Global Exhibit Group, McLeod Software, Test America Analytical Testing, Arch Wireless, and Green Tree Acceptance.

Slade Hubbard leads Wilton Wood Products as the Mill Manager while Acting as Head of Grade Lumber Sales within IndusTREE's Manufacturing Division. Prior to joining the IndusTREE Team in 2016, Slade gained relevant experience with Gross & Janes Co. and West Fraser Timber Co., along with holding positions in the fields of Sales / Public Relations, and serving as a Nationally Registered Emergency Medical Technician.
Will grew up in Bay Minette AL and now resides in the Lake Martin area. He attended Auburn University where he graduated with a BS Degree in Forestry from the College of Forestry and Wildlife Sciences, as well as a Minor in Business Administration. Will is an Alabama Registered Forester and a timber buyer for IndusTREE Timber. He works directly with private landowners and forestry consultants to purchase and harvest timber in Central Alabama. Will works closely with a network of other forestry professionals to offer aid to landowners in all aspects of timber management from bare ground to final harvest.

Will graduated from Auburn University in 1994 and began his career in forestry buying logs for a hardwood veneer mill. He then made the switch to begin buying timber for a timber dealer. In 2001, he moved to Auburn and began working with IndusTREE Timber.
