Understanding and implementing a strategic plan of acquisition, entitlement, development and disposition of real estate assets has been the base of his business model... Since 1979 Jeff's primary focus has been in land and working with developers and investors in the acquisition, entitlement, development or redevelopment, and disposition of land and its final use.
