LABOUR GROUP based in Bethlehem was founded when Francois Botes and Japie Hechter decided to join forces in the labour industry in 2015 . Japie Hechter is the owner of Professional Personnel Services which was founded in 2006. Their main focus was on payroll and employment services. Francois Botes is the owner of FS Labour which was founded in 2004. FS Labour's main focus was on Labour relations. With a combined extensive experience of 22 years they make a formidable team and control the largest payroll and industrial relations market share in the Eastern Free State.
