Our goal is to provide a concierge service which addresses your personal fitness and nutritional needs in order to help you develop a wellness program that suits YOU. You will receive a "postural analysis" which will provide Life In Motion professionals with an immediate "snapshot" of where you stand in terms of your posture. We also conduct a health history in order to structure a healthy eating plan which meets your needs over time.
