We work with children who are experiencing emotional difficulty, specifically related to bullying or other sources of psychological distress that leads to feeling isolated, stressed, down, or anxious. We also work with adult individuals and couples on a wide range of issues. MindfulNest Therapy LLC is committed to treating individuals of all ages who are experiencing emotional difficulty or life transitions. We work with couples who are in transition and want to find better ways to communicate with one another, or to revive the spark in their relationship; as well as with children who are experiencing difficulty managing their emotions or behavior and parents stressed with parenting and family struggles... We are a local mental health practice that helps people enhance mental and emotional wellness in their lives.
