Alan Friedman has served as Chief Financial Officer on interim and permanent bases for companies in the manufacturing, distribution, and service industries. As CFO, he has designed and implemented systems to monitor cash flow, and developed reporting systems to track key performance indicators and financial results, and to identify areas for improvement. He has assisted companies in financial distress to improve results and develop adequate sources of funding. Additionally, he has worked with private equity firms to help them with newly acquired portfolio companies. Alan received his MBA from the Booth School, University of Chicago. He earned a BS in Economics from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Turnaround Professional.

Alex D. Moglia is founder and president of Moglia Advisors. He serves as chief restructuring officer, turnaround and financial advisor, receiver, assignee for the benefit of creditors, bankruptcy trustee, liquidating trustee, examiner, expert witness, and M&A advisor. Prior to founding Moglia Advisors, Alex was an investment banker at Continental National Bank, and Director of Acquisitions at CNW Corporation, a diversified publicly-traded company. Early in his career, and prior to leaving the practice of law, he was a corporate attorney at Winston & Strawn. Alex is a member of the International Committee of the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees, and was a delegate at a recent United Nations conference in Vienna, Austria, on bankruptcy and asset recovery. He is a member of the Commercial Receivers Association, and helped launch its Tennessee Chapter. He served on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Federal Equity Receivers, and was Chair of its International Committee. Alex served on the Board of Directors of the American Bankruptcy Institute, for which he founded and chaired its Finance & Banking Committee. He participates in the not-for-profit Credit Abuse Resistance Education Group, which advises high school students on developing good credit and obtaining financial aid to pay for college. Alex has a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Chicago Law School and attended the University of Chicago Booth Graduate School of Business. He has a Bachelor of Science of Foreign Service degree from Georgetown University, Washington, D.C. He is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and French, and has working knowledge of Italian.

Jill Niese has over twenty-five years of experience in full cycle corporate and small business accounting for both privately and publicly held companies. She has worked in several industries, including, oil and gas, sign supply distribution, payment processing, and food brokering. Jill has extensive experience in asset management, budgeting, cash flow, financial audits and reviews, and financial statement design and analysis. In addition, she has also been responsible for special accounting system projects which included implementation of new commission reporting and financial reporting systems. Throughout her career, Jill has led internal audits to strengthen accounting controls and improve business functionality. Jill also has extensive experience with Sarbanes Oxley and IFRS reviews. Jill holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Business Administration from Loyola University, Chicago, IL. Over the years, she has sat on several non-profit boards in various capacities.
