Angela Sahi is President and Chief Operating Officer at Morguard, having previously held the position of Executive Vice President, Residential, Office and Industrial. She has oversight of the management and operation of Morguard's Canadian multi-suite residential, office and industrial, retail and U.S. operations as well as national programs, valuations, research and corporate marketing. Ms. Sahi also serves as a board member of Morguard Corporation, Morguard Real Estate Investment Trust, Morguard North American Residential REIT, and TWC Enterprises Limited. Prior to working with Morguard, Ms. Sahi's experience includes consulting with Ernst & Young LLP's Real Estate Advisory Group and Business Risk Services Group in New York City and working for Ernst & Young LLP's Audit and Tax groups in Toronto. Ms. Sahi has a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) and Gold Medal from the University of Western Ontario. She holds a post-graduate degree in accounting from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Avtar T. Bains is the President of Premise Properties Ltd., a boutique real estate firm. Mr. Bains is an established real estate professional with a career spanning over 30 years with Colliers International, where he was the Executive Vice President, National Investment Team when he departed in 2011. Mr. Bains brokered the sales of numerous notable properties across Canada, and he maintains strong relationships in local, national and international real estate markets. Mr. Bains is involved in various charitable and volunteer endeavors, and is a speaker for a number of organizations across Canada, including the Urban Land Institute, the Vancouver and Toronto Real Estate Forums and the University of British Columbia.
Bart S. Munn, CPA, CA, has more than 20 years' experience as a financial and real estate executive and is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Choice Properties. Mr. Munn has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Calloway Real Estate Investment Trust, Morguard Corporation and Morguard Real Estate Investment Trust.

Beverley G. Flynn is Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Morguard. She joined Morguard in July 2003 and has taken on roles of increasing responsibility and scope throughout her tenure. Her current responsibilities include Corporate Legal, Risk and Insurance. ESG, Environmental Affairs, Health and Safety and National Programs. Ms. Flynn has over 20 years of experience in business and legal matters relating to public markets, real estate, finance, operations, risk and insurance, sustainability/ESG and corporate and securities law. Prior to joining Morguard, Ms. Flynn was an associate with McMillan LLP. Ms. Flynn is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School and Memorial University of Newfoundland. Ms. Flynn is also a recipient of the Osgoode Hall Law School Alumni Gold Key Award, the Global Counsel Award (General Commercial) from the International Law Office and the Association of Corporate Counsel and was named to the GC Power List: Canada Teams by The Legal 500.

Brian Athey is Vice President, Development at Morguard Corporation. Brian is responsible for development activity at Morguard and Morguard North American Residential REIT. Brian joined Morguard in 2008 as Director of Development and has been responsible for the design and construction of The Heathview high-rise residential project, and the planning and development of a mix of retail and office projects. Brian has 25 years of progressive development and construction experience; previously with Concert Properties, TEDCO, OMERS and Hammerson. He holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, and a BASc in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo. Brian is a LEED Accredited Professional and a Registered Professional Engineer.

Bruce K. Robertson has served as Vice President, Investments of The Woodbridge Company Limited since September 2013. Mr. Robertson previously served as a principal of Grandview Capital, a Canadian merchant bank and prior thereto, as Senior Managing Partner of Brookfield Asset Management Inc., a specialty asset management company listed on the New York Stock Exchange and the TSX. Mr. Robertson received his Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from Queens's University in 1988.
Chris J. Cahill was the former Deputy Chief Executive Officer responsible for Hotel Operations for AccorHotels, retiring in 2021. He has 40 years of experience in the hotel industry. Mr. Cahill has served in senior management roles in several international hotel companies, including as Executive Vice President of Global Operations of Las Vegas Sands Corp. and President and Chief Operating Officer of Fairmont Raffles Hotels International. Mr. Cahill has previously served as a trustee of Legacy Hotels Real Estate Investment Trust and a board member of the Canadian Tourism Commission, a public private partnership.
Chris Newman is Vice President, Finance at Morguard Corporation and Chief Financial Officer of Morguard North American Residential REIT. Prior to being appointed CFO in 2018, he held the position of Director of Finance at Morguard Corporation. Chris previously worked in progressively senior financial positions at two publicly-traded residential real estate investment trusts since 2010 bringing corporate finance, treasury, financial planning and reporting experience to his roles. A graduate of McMaster University with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce, Mr. Newman also holds a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) designation.

Dino Chiesa is Principal, Chiesa Group, commercial property investors, and was the Chair of Sienna Senior Living (formerly Leisureworld), one of Canada's largest owners of long-term care facilities. Mr. Chiesa is past Chair of the Board of Directors of Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC), a position he held from 2005 to 2012, and a board he had served as a member of since 2001. Prior to this, Mr. Chiesa served as Vice Chair of Canadian Apartment Properties Real Estate Investment Trust (CAPREIT) and Chief Executive Officer of Residential Equities REIT. He also served as the Assistant Deputy Minister of Ontario's Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing, Chief Executive Officer of the Ontario Housing Corporation, Chief Executive Officer of the Ontario Mortgage Corporation and was with CMHC from 1975 to 1987. Mr. Chiesa also participates on the boards of various community-based organizations, is the past Chair of the board of directors of Create TO, is past Chair for Villa Charities Inc., sits on the Advisory Board for the Schulich School of Business at York University, and sits on the President's Expert Advisory Committee on Real Estate and Development Strategy for Ryerson University. Mr. Chiesa holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from McMaster University.
Donald W. Turple, CPA, CA, is a real estate executive and consultant. He served as President of Aquilini Properties LP, a diversified real estate company based in Vancouver, British Columbia from 2008 to 2017. Prior to that time, Mr. Turple served as a consultant to Morguard Corporation holding a number of positions throughout his tenure including Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of TWC Enterprises Limited and Morguard Corporation.

Frank Munsters is a corporate director and senior executive with over forty years' experience in the finance and real estate industries. Mr. Munsters spent much of his career with the Royal Bank of Canada, where he rose to the position of Vice President, Corporate Banking/National Accounts. Mr. Munsters joined Morguard in 1994 and served as Vice President, Credit and Banking from April 1, 1996 until his retirement on July 2, 2010.

George S. Armoyan is Executive Chairman of G2S2 Capital Inc., President of Armco Capital Inc., Chairman, President & CEO of Clarke Inc. Mr. Armoyan is an entrepreneur with extensive experience in real estate and various industries. Since 1982, Mr. Armoyan has successfully founded and grown numerous businesses, created shareholder value at several public companies through restructuring operations and has received numerous honours and awards for his business activities. Mr. Armoyan currently serves on the board of directors of Clarke Inc. (TSX:CKI) and Calfrac Well Services Ltd. (TSX:CFW) and the Board of Trustees of Slate Office REIT (TSX:SOT-UN). Mr. Sahi, FCPA, FCGA, has over 30 years of business experience in public and private corporations, including extensive experience in investing, financial reporting, standards, and policy covering a broad range of industries including insurance, commercial banking, manufacturing, transportation and automotive as well as real estate. Mr. Sahi has received many distinctions, including the Certified General Accountants Association of Canada Fellowship Award (2009), Voice Achievement Award (Fellowship in the Indo-Canadian Community over critical enterprises, 2009) and Turnaround Entrepreneur of the Year (1994). In addition, Mr. Sahi is a ranked member of numerous prestigious business listings, including ‘‘The Top 25 Most Influential Figures in Canadian Golf'' (The National Post) and one of ‘‘The Most Influential People in Golf'' (Golf Inc.).

Leonard Peter Sharpe is a senior executive with 25+ years of experience in the real estate industry in both a domestic and global commercial environment. Mr. Sharpe previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of The Cadillac Fairview Corporation Limited for over 10 years. Mr. Sharpe also serves as a director of The Sunnybrook Foundation, board member of International Council of Shopping Centres, Multiplan (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil), Postmedia Network Canada Corp. and First Industrial Real Estate Trust. Mel Leiderman, FCPA, FCA, ICD.D, is a senior consultant of Lipton LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants. He has over 30 years' experience specializing in providing advisory services, financing, tax, estate and strategic planning. Mr. Leiderman consults to a broad range of clients in the real estate sector, including commercial, industrial and residential property owners, property and subdivision developers, residential and commercial construction companies and property management companies. Mr. Leiderman has completed the Directors Education Program (ICD.D) and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. He served on the board of directors and audit committee of Agnico Eagle Mines Limited, a company listed on the TSX and New York Stock Exchange. Mr. Leiderman is a former member of the North York General Hospital Foundation Professional Advisory Committee, a member of the Discipline Committee of the Ontario Institute of Chartered Accountants from 2002 to 2011, a member of the Accounting Standards Board (CICA) Private Enterprise Advisory Committee from 2010 to 2013, and a member of the Professional Conduct Committee of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario from 2011 to 2016.
Paul Miatello is Chief Financial Officer of Morguard Corporation. Prior to being appointed CFO in 2007, he held the offices of Vice President Finance and Vice President, Morguard Residential Inc. Paul joined Revenue Properties Company Limited (a Morguard subsidiary) in 2000 and was appointed Vice President, Finance and CFO of RPCL in 2003. Paul has over 15 years experience working with public and private real estate companies. Paul is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA).

Robert McFarlane has been in his current role since 2005 and is responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls over financial reporting, to provide independent assurance for the public entity's CFO and the Chairman's certification of internal control effectiveness to the Ontario Securities Commission. Mr. McFarlane also serves as a project champion for Morguard's enterprise risk management programs. He brings more than 25 years of industry experience to Morguard. Mr. McFarlane previously served as accounting manager at OMERS, where he was responsible for reporting the results of the real estate, private equity and infrastructure groups. Other appointments include TrizecHahn and Trizec Corporation. Mr. McFarlane completed Strategic Risk Management, an MBA-level exam course, at Edinburgh Business School. He also holds an MBA from Edinburgh Business School and three other accreditations: CPA (Colorado), CGA and ACCA (UK Chartered Certified Account).
Stephen R. Taylor has over 45 years experience in the Canadian real estate industry. He retired as the Vice President, Real Estate for the Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP) at year end 2019, where he oversaw the Plan's Canadian and international real estate investment programs, including holdings of nearly $15 billion in office, industrial, retail and residential properties located in Canada, Europe and the United States. He is a graduate of the University of Toronto and holds a Master's Degree in Management Studies from Oxford University. Stephen is active in the real estate community - he is the Past Chair of the Board of Directors of REALpac (the Real Property Association of Canada), and has served as a Board member for NAREIM (the National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers) and AFIRE (the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate).

Timothy J. Murphy is the Chief Executive Officer and managing partner of the law firm of McMillan LLP, focusing on project finance and public/private partnership initiatives and also a managing director of McMillan Vantage Policy Group LP.
Mr. Murphy was Chief of Staff to the former Prime Minister of Canada and was Chief of Staff to Canada's former Minister of Finance. He has also been a Member of Provincial Parliament and Senior Advisor to both the Attorney General of Ontario and the Ontario Minister of Education. Mr. Murphy was also previously a partner at a major Canadian law firm.
He is the Chair of the Windsor Detroit Bridge Authority and is former Chair of the Board of Directors of Toronto Community Housing Corporation.
Timothy J. Walker is a corporate director with 30+ years of real estate and finance experience. Mr. Walker was previously with the Morguard group, joining in 1997, and held several senior roles including, from September 1, 2004 to April 30, 2014, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Morguard Real Estate Investment Trust. Prior to joining Morguard, Mr. Walker was a Partner and Director of Gordon Capital Corporation and, previous to that Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Campeau Corporation (a real estate development corporation).
Tullio Capulli retired from Morguard after 41 years of exemplary service effective December 2022. He began his career at Morguard as an accountant. After numerous roles with increasing responsibility, he advanced to position of Senior Vice President, Officer and Industrial Eastern Canada and Broker of Record for Morguard Investments Limited in Ontario, Mr. Capulli has overseen significate property management and leasing transactions.

William J. Braithwaite is retired Partner of Stikeman Elliott LLP, where he served as Chair of the firm from 2012 to 2018. Mr. Braithwaite has practiced for over 40 years primarily in mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. He has taught courses in securities law and has authored numerous articles on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and corporate and securities law. Mr. Braithwaite is also Chair of the Board of Directors of Computershare Trust Company of Canada and Governance Committee of Canada Company, Many Ways to Serve (military charity).
William O. Wallace has been an entrepreneur and business owner for more than 20 years, currently owning four automotive dealerships in the Greater Toronto Area. Mr. Wallace has acted as a director and as President of the General Motors Dealer Association of Toronto, he was the Chairman of the General Motors Dealer Communications Team (National Council) and recently completed his term as the Canadian representative on the United States Chevrolet Car and Truck Advisory Council. Mr. Wallace received his Bachelor of Economics degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and his bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from Northwood University (Michigan).
