Over the past few decades tens of thousands of manufacturing companies have implemented Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems. At the same time, many of these same manufacturers have adopted the principles and practices of Lean Manufacturing. This has fueled a debate about the compatibility of Lean Manufacturing and ERP...
