Arif is an advocate of Supreme Court of Bangladesh. He has completed his masters in laws from Northumbria University, Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK and bachelor of law from university of London. He specializes in banking and international finance, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate work, power and energy, infrastructure, international arbitration and litigation work and has worked in Bangladesh and England. He is member of Honorable Society of Lincoln's Inn, UK, Bangladesh Bar Council, Supreme Court Bar Association and Dhaka Bar Association. Arif has advised and represent some of the leading international law firms and corporations on various Bangladeshi legal issues on a variety of transactions. He has closely worked with Allen & Ovary, Clifford Chance, Mayer Brown and some other big international law firms..

F. M. Sajid Bin Hossain is a partner at OGR Legal. Enrolled with the Bangladesh Bar Council, Mr. Hossain has worked with and provided legal services to various reputed business establishments, both local and international. He is a practising advocate of the High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. Prior to joining the firm as a partner, Mr. Hossain was a senior associate at Mamud Jabbar Khan, a prominent law firm which specializes in administrative and company law. Mr. Hossain's practice encompasses the following areas of law, among others: company law, administrative and public law, labour law, taxation law, civil and real estate disputes and alternative dispute resolutions. Some of his notable clients include the Embassy of the Republic of Korea, Rocket Internet and CP Bangladesh. Mr. Hossain has been engaged in the past to conduct lecture sessions and seminars on labour law issues and changes in the law. He is currently a member of the Dhaka Bar Association. A law graduate of University of London, Mr. Hossain completed his Bar Vocational Course at Northumbria University, United Kingdom.

Osman is an advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. He has significant expertise and experience in banking and finance, corporate and commercial matters, merger and acquisition, project finance, arbitration. He regularly advises and represent foreign and local clients on issues related to legal and regulatory compliance, investment structuring, company incorporation, corporate transaction, arbitration, dispute resolution, employment and labour, etc. Previously he has worked for an international law firm and a specialized financial institution where he was instrumental in closing many deals. Osman graduated from University of Chittagong and also completed his LL.M. there.

Sazzad is an Apprentice lawyer of the Dhaka Judge Court and a trainee lawyer of OGR Legal. Currently. He assists other lawyers with legal research. Previously he has worked for a renowned corporate and commercial law firm in Dhaka. He completed his bachelor of law at the Daffodil International University. He also completed his LL.M at that university. Before that, Sazzad completed his Bachelor of Business Administration, B.B.A (Hons) from the National University.
