Pacific Psych was founded in San Diego in 2015 by Drs. Jake and Jessica Hollingsworth after Dr. Jake was honorably discharged from the Air Force having completed eight years of active duty as a psychiatrist. Dr. Jessica was starting her residency in Anesthesiology at UC San Diego. Shortly after founding Pacific Psych, we realized that we wanted to offer more to patients than simply psychiatric medication adjustments... Our mission is to offer psychiatric treatments with a new interventional approach for anxiety, insomnia, ADHD, depression, and other mood disorders. Our direct focus is on ketamine infusions and injections, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), and conservative medication management. With dual board-certified expertise and a warm, discreet setting, we help alleviate suffering for people of age 18 to 64. Recognizing that one treatment does not fit all in mental health, we continually incorporate new treatment modalities as new research provides evidence for doing..
