Alexis is a dedicated, detail-oriented, high-capacity veteran of the OX team, who started as a high school intern and a decade later, now serves as the team's Finance Operations Manager and Film Producer.
With her background in film production and event planning, formal educational training in ministry and communications, and love for travel and culture, Alexis is fully aligned with the heartbeat of OX and proudly calls this place her second home.
Outside of OX, you can find Alexis sipping lattes, cooking up new recipes, and planning for her next adventure. She also loves to spend quality time with her husband, Seth, her two boys, Ezra and Elias, and their doodle, Ellie.
Amanda is a motivated graphic designer with an eye for design that is not only creative, but effectively communicates the messaging of the brands or movements OX supports.
Amanda works remotely from North Carolina, and normally video calls into OX, cup of tea in hand, with her mischievous pups playing in the background. She loves researching creative ways to keep brands relevant through mood boards and creative networking to implement into her workflow.
An avid beekeeper, gardener, and chicken tender (she has backyard chickens!), Amanda is always finding new hobbies and home projects to tackle with her filmmaking husband, Kenneth.
Amy is a kind, driven Creative Director, shepherding creatives and partners towards a clear vision and end goal. What started as a love (maybe obsession) for board games, grew into a love for strategy, innovation, and optimization.
At her core, she is a maximizer. The way she leads creatives, clients, and projects is through a love for transformation, and seeing them operate at their best.
She will be forever indebted to OX for introducing her to her now husband, Dustin. They love their downtown apartment with their kitten, Lu. Outside of OX you can likely find her hammocking with a good book, hitting the trails, or watching Survivor.

Cassie is a storyteller at heart who loves casting vision and creating solutions that excite and inspire brands to be and do more.
Before joining the OX team, Cassie worked in a wide design capacity in both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors. She views her role as a creative as both an observer and explorer, seeking out clear and creative ways to provoke thought and encourage action.
Currently living in the heart of Chicago, Cassie enjoys walking the lakefront and park trails in the city. Her favorite Saturday entails curating vintage pieces, wandering the art museum, or exploring a new local spot in the city with friends.

Cody possesses over two decades of project management experience spanning international project logistics to product development, which means Cody has learned a thing or two about how to get projects done.
At OX, Cody keeps our internal systems humming from his kitchen table in Atlanta. His written to-do lists and creative storyboard may be reminiscent of the past, but we love him for it. He reminds us that sometimes the old way of doing things isn't all bad.
If you're trying to find Cody, your best bet is a local brewery or his front porch, where he currently resides with his wife, Mary London.

Building relationships is Jen's specialty. She has honed this skill in various industries, including publishing, tech, land development, and pastoral ministry. "Ask great key questions and always be curious how that fits into the big picture." Jen's unique level of inquiry builds the foundation for each OX partnership, all toward creating more good in the world together.
Inside and outside of OX, Jen is married to founder Jesse. Jen loves to dance (west coast swing and two-step are favorites), hunt at flea markets for vintage finds, sew, and spend time snuggling with her furry son, Boots.
Here are the five things you should know about me. I effortlessly imagine new ideas and approaches that lead to significant impact. Constraints inspire me to achieve impossible outcomes. As a transformational leader, I see more in people, call it out and provide opportunities for them to realize their potential. In every interaction, I spark deeper understanding and inspire people with motivating word pictures. My daily habit is to investigate a surprising variety of information and apply it in uniquely useful ways.
These five things are true of me in every area of my life, and they are the core skills and practices that allowed me to build the team at OX Creative where we create purposeful campaigns that inspire GOOD in our world.
Our work has been referenced in a speech by President Obama, resulted in over a billion dollars in charitable contributions, included figures like Facebook's Sheryl Sandberg, and the son of Ugandan military dictator Idi Amin. Katie is an uncommonly gifted visual storyteller with a passionate drive to get it exactly right for our clients. Katie has an innate knack for how creative and strategy work hand in hand, and her background in sculpture and fine art anchors her design work in tangible meaning.
Katie found her way onto the OX team while she was working as an in-demand freelance designer. We liked her so much that we basically begged her to join the team (no, but actually).
Outside of OX, you can find Katie tackling a project with her husband Travis, or spending time with their son, Griffin.
Katie has a natural ability to keep all who fall inside her wingspan marching on steady ground. Her business-minded eye and nurturing heart foster security, reliability and confidence for OX team members and partners alike.
An OX veteran since 2013, Katie primarily manages the company finances including billing, cashflow, projections, long-term goals and the real-time dashboard. She also represents OX's HR department and employee set-up and care.
Her family recently made their way back to the waving corn fields of Indiana from sunny SoCal, and you can find her playing backyard badminton, trail running, reading French Canadian murder mysteries, drinking iced Americanos, and cheering on her husband, Aaron, and three kids, Mya, Jet, and Hattie.
Liv has a huge heart for her team and the work OX's clients are doing daily!
Liv brings warmth and an inviting spirit to the team. She approaches her work as she approaches the world, with curiosity and a passion for leaving things better than she found them!
At OX, Liv works to identify the unique needs of each client and the creative team as she oversees project timelines from planning to completion.
Outside of OX, Liv spends her free time admiring the historic buildings surrounding her home in Chicago or reading by the lake!

McKenzie is energized by creating experiences that inspire, and she thrives in an environment where creativity is celebrated. Her interdisciplinary background - from fashion to coworking and now at OX - has seasoned her to strategically lead (but not without a little fun) our team and clients through collaborative processes.
Although McKenzie is faster to observe than to speak, don't let her introvertedness fool you. The gears are spinning as she personalizes solutions that delight others, which is a natural by-product of the thoughtful and purposeful way she approaches her work.
McKenzie and her husband, Addison, live in Colorado where they take advantage of everything the mountains have to offer. What they love most is sharing those experiences with friends and family.
Olivia is a natural at providing a world class experience for our clients. Olivia's charismatic personality and solution focused communication style has made clients into lifelong partners.
Before joining the team, Olivia worked in account management at DDB for the National McDonald's account. She served as a reliable project leader for multiple national campaigns. Olivia brought years of experience to OX where she could trade in "selling fries" for bringing more good into the world!
Outside of OX, Olivia writes, renovates homes with her husband Josiah and enjoys time with her three adorable kids-Jayden, Liam, and Ellie.

Tony is an accomplished strategist, facilitator, and guide. When he was a kid, his fourth grade teacher told him he asked too many questions; today he uses questions as a superpower.
At OX, Tony guides clients and staff to discover perspective, clarity, and breakthrough. He is certified in the Paterson Process in both StratOp and LifePlan, and applies those skills as he develops brand and campaign strategies for our client's most important work.
Before joining the team at OX, Tony served for a decade at Willow Creek Community Church as a worship leader, executive producer, and creative director. Outside of OX, he's most at home hiking in the mountains, writing a song, or checking out a new restaurant with friends.
