Blake graduated from Utah State University earning degrees in both Political Science and Philosophy in 1999. In 2002, he earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Idaho. Upon graduation from law school, he served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Charles Hosack of Idaho's First Judicial District in Coeur d'Alene. Since that time, Blake has been an active trial lawyer, handling criminal prosecution cases as a former Kootenai County Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, criminal defense, personal injury, wrongful death, automobile accidents, construction accidents, premises liability and other general litigation cases. Blake also enjoys representing clients in the areas of family law (divorce, adoption, paternity, and child custody).Blake is a member of numerous professional organizations, including: the Idaho State Bar Litigation and Family law sections, Utah State Bar Association, the Portneuf Inns of Court and Sixth District Bar. He is married with four children and lives in Pocatello.
David Penrod graduated from Idaho State University and attended law school at the University of Idaho College of Law. After graduation from law school, David completed a judicial clerkship with the Honorable William H. Woodland. David enjoys representing clients in family law matters, including divorces, modifications, child support actions, adoptions, terminations and grandparent rights. He also maintains a broad-based practice representing clients in the areas of accident and personal injury claims, construction law, creditors' rights, police misconduct, civil rights claims, criminal defense, and general litigation. He is a member of the Idaho State Bar, Sixth District Bar, Portneuf Inns of Court, and the J. Reuben Clark Law Society. He works in the community as a CASA volunteer. David is licensed in Idaho and Wyoming.

David and his wife Stephanie are the proud parents of four children. He enjoys traveling with his family, golf, landscaping and is active in his church community
