Alex Lerner

Born and raised in the Greater Baltimore area, Alex has lived and breathed the state of Maryland his whole life. After graduating Cum Laude from St. Paul's School for Boys, he graduated from Towson University with a Bachelor's of Science in the field of Psychology. Previous to joining Prime Building Advantage, Alex got his start with Monument Sotheby's International Realty. Working alongside the top producers in downtown Baltimore, he found success in creating lasting relationships which enhance every home buying experience. Alex is now expanding his sales repertoire by joining Prime Building Advantage to help with sales in both Ellicott City and downtown Baltimore. Combining a world travelers knowledge acquired from years of professional tennis coaching and directing, with new perspectives and ideas in selling Real Estate, Alex is able to find solutions and appeal to a clients every need.

Amy Whaley

Amy Whaley is a licensed builder sales representative and residential construction expert. Amy comes to Prime Building Advantage with over 10 years of experience working in the residential construction and the new home sales industry. Amy specializes in custom home design and building with a wealth of knowledge in green initiatives, such as zero-energy technologies, the Home Innovation Research Labs™ National Green Building Standard™ certifications and the U.S. Department of Energy's Zero Energy Ready Home program. With her keen understanding of the East Coast custom build market, experience in energy technology consultation, and seasoned eye for home design, we're thrilled with the addition of Amy to our team. Her skills and passion for real estate make her the perfect fit at Prime Building Advantage.

Charlie Hatter

Recognized as the quintessential residential sales expert in mixed-use urban and town home residences, waterfront luxury condominiums, as well as single family luxury estates, Charlie has raised the standard of Residential Sales and Marketing in the Real Estate Industry. Charlie has been in Residential Sales and Marketing for over 17 years. He has won numerous awards on the local, regional, and national level. A collegiate athlete at James Madison University taught him from early on the work ethic that has made him one of the most well-known and respected sales and marketing professionals in the industry today. With an impressive track record of over 2500 residential sales, he spearheaded and led some of the most successful developments in the DC Metro and Maryland real estate industry to unprecedented success. His career started as a Sales Manager for one of the nation's largest homebuilders, Pulte Homes, in the Metropolitan D.C. market. Within 7 years, Charlie generated over $250 million in sales revenue. In 2010, Charlie became the Director of Sales for RXR Realty, selling The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Inner Harbor Baltimore, where in 8 years accounted for over $400 million in luxury condominium sales revenue. Charlie, alongside his partner Shawn, launched a Sales and Marketing firm in 2014 called Prime Building Advantage, which currently represents over 30 developments throughout Virginia, Washington D.C., Maryland, and Pennsylvania. Prime Building Advantage now controls over $1 billion in real estate volume. Charlie also launched Monument Sotheby's International Realty in 2015 which is the premiere real estate brand for general brokerage sales. It has quickly become the firm of choice with over 140 of the finest real estate professionals in the industry and with a majority of all the prominent listings in Maryland.

Christina Giffin

Local to the Baltimore area, Christina began her career in property management in Baltimore and then in Northern Virginia. After moving to the Southwest, she further pursued her passion of real estate and love of architecture by becoming a Realtor and spent five years assisting buyers, sellers, and developers with their real estate needs. Upon returning to Baltimore in 2009, Christina entered the meetings and events industry and assisted in planning educational courses and a large convention for a world-renowned medical association. Her experience in real estate, attention to detail and knowledge of the Baltimore area mixed with her ability to pinpoint clients' needs allows Christina to provide the highest level of service and excellence throughout each home sale. Holly Winfield

Holly's real-world professional experience in combination with her exclusive network results in a level of customer service that is unparalleled. Jeff Sullivan

Jeff has an in-depth experience in new homes sales, construction, residential mortgage, and new home design. An Annapolis native, Jeff has experience generating over $150 million in new home residential sales. Jeff's unique ability to anticipate consumer needs and analyze local market trends makes him a dedicated client advocate. A powerhouse negotiator, Jeff is proud to use his strong knowledge of residential real estate to create the best possible experience for each of his clients.

Jessica McDonald

Jessica brings more than a decade of experience in marketing and finance to PBA. She has found success in event planning, most recently for the elite, private McDonogh School outside of Baltimore. She previously worked at Johns Hopkins University Hospital overseeing a multi-million dollar division budget.

Joe Petrone

After finding success at every stage in an extensive career for Fortune 500 companies, Joe Petrone has pivoted, rather nicely, into real estate. His depth of experience and talents have been an immediate asset for Prime Building Advantage. No surprise, Petrone hit the ground running and has closed a significant number of sales; with his listings portfolio continuing to grow. Petrone's resume is packed with accolades and achievements for some of the largest global brands in the world, from General Electric and Lockheed Martin to, most recently, Estee Lauder. Margaret Burton

Margaret joined Prime Building Advantage after graduating from Loyola University in Baltimore, Maryland. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Arts and Communication focusing in Photography and Advertising. Margaret's interpersonal skills as well as her organizational talents, developed through internships at The Wolf Trap Center for the Performing Arts and Lee Technologies, Inc., aid Prime Building Advantage in providing their clients with an unsurpassed personal as well as professional experience. She ensures that all requests are promptly attended to and does whatever is necessary to facilitate Prime Building Advantage's mission to locate the perfect residence for their clients' needs and lifestyle

Paul Sudano

Paul brings to the table over 25 years of Real Estate sales and marketing experience. His extensive knowledge developing and managing multi-million dollar budgets for builders and developers sets him apart from the rest. Mr. Sudano's resume includes managing real estate sales teams up and down the East coast and he has been awarded top performing sales manager, sales and marketing director and top sales team; in recent years. He is currently the Director of Sales the Ritz Carlton Residences, Baltimore. Saroj Corr

Saroj Corr has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Washington and has over sixteen years of experience in real estate, with a total revenue of $95 million in sales. Prior to working in residential sales, Corr worked in various roles for commercial real estate brokerages, such as CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield. Her primary responsibility was to negotiate and execute a range of transactions for corporate, government, and institutional entities. Corr's skillset, knowledge, and ability to integrate her past experiences into new sales was demonstrated in her most recent position as Sales Manager at Urban Pace, a Long & Foster affiliate. Saroj's notable achievements in sales, coupled with her negotiation skills, make her a great addition to the Prime Building Advantage team. Shawn Evans

Shawn Evans is known as a consummate professional with an impeccable reputation in the real estate industry. His career start in marketing was the non-profit sector, motivating people to participate in the Democratic process at the Close Up Foundation. He then held management positions at both the Points of Light Foundation and International Services Agencies, encouraging volunteerism and assisting corporations in meeting their global business objectives. Stephanie Kolbe

Stephanie's focus over the past few years has been on macro and portfolio-level analysis and the development and implementation of management and operations policies, procedures, and best practices. She'll be taking over the Prime Building Advantage portfolio at a key time as they are experiencing significant growth. Stephanie has over 20 years of multi-family real estate experience and has been responsible for the operations of over 15,000 apartment units including garden style, high-rise, townhome, mixed use and Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) communities. Her expertise is derived from her experience at both on-site and corporate level, having held positions in leasing, management and executive levels. Stephanie is a strong addition to the Prime Building Advantage executive team.
