This understanding is used to identify the right property for the client who is looking for an acquisition or exchange. When it comes to real estate dispositions, Homi believes in using creative marketing strategies to attract attention and secure the best offer for his sellers. Whether he is representing a buyer or a seller, he believes in building strong trust-based relationships. As a real estate investor first, who is deeply passionate about commercial real estate, Homi decided to use his real estate license to work with like-minded investors who love numbers, deal-making, and all the other exciting aspects of closing a successful real estate transaction. Homi also has a love for teaching. He is a part-time educator that loves to discuss technology, how to launch companies, investing, and wealth-building. With over 14 years of progressive experience in wealth management, Iris specializes in Private Client Commercial Real Estate Investment Portfolio. She advises Private Clients on repositioning strategies while providing Broker's Opinion of Value (BOV), location intelligence, up-to-date market knowledge, discounted cash flow valuation and investment research. Her focus is in expanding and strengthening client relationships through proactive real estate portfolio analysis while partnering with a team of product specialists, property managers, leasing agents, developers, bankers/lenders, estate planning attorneys and CPAs. As an Agent-Broker, Iris represents Private Clients on both listing and/or buy-side transactions, manages escrow closing process, and negotiates 1031Exchange transactions. Iris has proven abilities in commercial real estate underwriting and credit analysis. Her extensive cross-sell experience in interest rate derivatives, trust services, life insurance, estate planning and investment management allows her to provide a holistic view of Private Clients' short-term and long-term goals.
