Tony has over 25 years of diverse experience in the civil engineering industry. He has a unique combination of design, management, and academia experience. A significant portion of his career has focused on project delivery. Tony's background includes the design and management of a wide variety of projects that vary greatly in size and scope. He has served as Project Manager for the $300 million reconstruction of I-93 in New Hampshire and three design-build projects in Maine. He has also severed many municipal clients providing review services for development and infrastructure projects... For a private client, he has provided owners representation and review services. This included oversight of the design and permitting process to ensure successful approval of the project. Tony has assisted another engineering firm in the review of insurance claims to provide the clients with an independent review of the claims submitted.
