As co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of the company, Binu has played a pivotal role in the QBurst journey. His responsibilities encompass QBurst's operations, growth, and profitability. His emphasis on strengthening competitiveness and improving the depth of services has made QBurst one of the fastest growing technology companies in its regions of operation. Prior to QBurst, Binu has held several leadership positions, especially in companies based in the Middle East and has vast experience in corporate strategy as well as systems and software development. His prior work experience in rolling out ERP and CRM systems has helped QBurst achieve excellence in its enterprise software applications. Under his overall stewardship, the company revenue has grown steadily over the years.

When Jimmy joined us in 2009, he came with rich domain expertise in Manufacturing, Consulting, and Technology, and led the establishment of QBurst Kochi development center. Prior to QBurst, he was a management consultant with Deloitte focusing on implementing enterprise applications. Jimmy holds an MS in Industrial Engineering from Wichita State University and an MBA from the University of Georgia.

Joby heads the Testing Center of Excellence at QBurst and is responsible for all the deliverables from a digital assurance perspective. He provides technical expertise and thought leadership focusing on areas such as test automation, performance engineering, and cybersecurity. An Engineer with a master's degree in AI and ML, Joby has taken on varied roles from Software Engineer to Director in his career of over 22 years. When he is not managing high-performance teams and driving business growth, you will catch him listening to music or enjoying cricket.

In his role as the CEO of QBurst, Prathapan provides overall leadership and direction for all aspects of the company's business including strategy, software development, and global delivery models. He has been at the helm of QBurst's operations ever since its inception in 2004, having founded the company along with Binu Dasappan and Ansar Shihabudeen. Among his key accomplishments is the development and expansion of QBurst's business across six countries. He built the organization from the ground up, providing innovative solutions, uncompromising quality, and best-in-class service to its clientèle.

As VP-F&A of the company, Pritish is responsible for the treasury management, financial reporting, taxation, and internal controls at QBurst. He has over 17 years of experience in the areas of audit and assurance, due diligence review, SOX/internal control review, corporate taxation, and implementing standard operating procedures. Pritish holds a bachelor's degree in commerce and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Very much a family man, Pritish loves to travel when he is not busy with numbers.

As an AVP, Sajith is invested in QBurst's pursuit of excellence in technology and engineering. He is a passionate Python coder and loves to play with data. An IITian with an M.Tech. degree in GeoInformatics, Sajith's research interests include the extraction of information from satellite images and the quantification of uncertainty in data and processing. Sajith is also an active contributor to free and open source initiatives, especially Indian language computing and FOSS tools for geospatial computing.

Sunil manages large, geographically distributed engineering teams handling multiple technologies. He is also responsible for client and partner relationship management and strategic business development. Sunil brings long years of software development and engineering management experience to his role as AVP of Engineering. He is a strong people manager with a passion for designing and scaling successful organizations that are responsive to changing customer needs.

Suresh is responsible for the day-to-day operations of QBurst. Before joining QBurst, he managed the Business Intelligence, and Data Technology teams at Fannie Mae. He also led the Business Intelligence, Data Warehouse, and Back Office Operations teams located across America, Europe, and Asia at AOL. Suresh holds a BE in Computer Science and MBA in Operations Management.
