On March 1, 2018, Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), a new legislation comes into force in Bahrain that will deliver effective and fair regulation in the real estate market, promote economic growth and investment in Bahrain and at the same time protect the rights of and build better life for every Bahraini.
