Allan F. Davis is a partner with Robinson Calcagnie‚ Inc. He attended the University of Wyoming where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology in 1976‚ and his Juris Doctor in 1982. In 1980, Mr. Davis was awarded the Paul Stock Law Scholarship. He has been a member of the firm since 1988. Mr. Davis' primary fields of emphasis are road design and product liability. As a consumer attorney for more than 20 years‚ Mr. Davis has litigated a number of cases for his clients involving dangerous roadways. His background in microbiology and medical sciences facilitated the handling of litigation dealing with defective medical products‚ including human vaccines and prescription drugs. In March 2000‚ Mr. Davis and Robinson Calcagnie, Inc. partner Jeoff Robinson obtained an $11 million verdict against the California Department of Transportation‚ Caltrans‚ in a dangerous road condition case involving Interstate 15 at the Baker Grade. In 2003‚ Mr. Davis and Jeoff Robinson obtained a $31 million jury verdict in San Bernardino Superior Court for their client who was injured in a ski lift accident. In 1997, Mr. Davis represented two boys in the U.S. District Court in Orange County who suffered severe injuries in an accident caused by a jeep with defective brakes. That trial ended in a judgment in favor of the boys for $6.75 million. In 1988, Mr. Davis represented a woman whose husband had been severely injured in a forklift accident in Riverside. The jury returned a verdict in favor of the worker and his wife for $1.8 million. Mr. Davis has also been involved in litigation focusing on defective child car seats‚ including cases involving two-piece infant car seats that failed during a car accident. Mr. Davis serves on the Board of Directors of the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association and the Executive Committee of the Republican Trial Lawyers Caucus. Dalton B. Phillips joined Robinson Calcagnie, Inc. in 2010 and has devoted his practice to obtaining recoveries in wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases. Mr. Phillips' areas of practice include negligence, defective products, premises liability, government claims, dangerous conditions of public and private property, industrial and construction accidents, traumatic brain injuries, amputation, spinal cord injuries, catastrophic burns, bicycle accidents, airplane/aviation accidents and accidents involving commercial vehicles. Mr. Phillips has been a part of Robinson Calcagnie, Inc. teams that have recovered numerous seven figure results for their clients at both settlement and at trial. In 2014, Mr. Phillips went to trial with Robinson Calcagnie, Inc. partners Jeoffrey Robinson and Allan Davis and obtained a $4 million dollar verdict for the parents of a young man who was tragically struck and killed by a commercial van while riding his bicycle. In 2015, Mr. Phillips obtained a settlement in the amount of $3.5 million dollars for the wife of a gentleman who was struck and killed by a component that detached from a semi-truck while on a local freeway. Jennifer M. Collins

Paul Dagostino

Paul Dagostino is an attorney at Robinson Calcagnie, Inc. working on mass tort, class action, and products liability cases. Since joining the firm in 2013, Paul has represented plaintiffs in complex litigation across the country. Paul currently represents plaintiffs in the Johnson & Johnson Talcum Powder Cases and military service members in actions against 3M relating to injuries caused by 3M's Combat Arms Earplugs. Paul also handles wrongful death and catastrophic personal injury cases. Paul was a member of the trial team, led by the firm's founding partner, Mark P. Robinson, Jr., that won a record $417 million jury verdict in Echeverria v. Johnson & Johnson for a woman who contracted ovarian cancer due to her use of talcum powder products. He also worked closely with Mr. Robinson in obtaining a $16 million settlement for a young girl who was catastrophically injured while she was walking to school. Paul has obtained millions of dollars of settlements for his injured clients in a spectrum of cases ranging from automobile collisions to defective products to travel insurance disputes. Paul received his law degree from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where he received a Merit Scholarship. During law school, Paul was a law clerk with the United States Attorney's Office for the Central District of California, Criminal Division. Paul received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Irvine, graduating cum laude. In his spare time, Paul enjoys rooting for the Anaheim Ducks and USC Trojan Football. Shannon M. Lukei

Ms. Lukei has played an integral role as a member of the firm's pharmaceutical and auto product litigation teams, contributing to the successful resolution of multiple complex mass tort actions including Baycol, Rezulin, Zyprexa, Vioxx, Paxil, and the Toyota sudden unintended acceleration litigation. Ms. Lukei received her initial legal experience at the defense firm of Haight‚ Brown and Bonesteel‚ where she defended insurance companies in construction defect‚ breach of contract‚ product liability and personal injury litigation. Ms. Lukei attended Loyola Law School on an academic scholarship‚ and graduated in 1999 as a member of the St. Thomas More Honor Society. While at Loyola‚ she was an Articles Editor for the Loyola Law Review and completed a judicial externship with U.S. District Court Judge Gary Taylor. She also received the American Jurisprudence Award in Ethical Lawyering. Ms. Lukei received her Bachelor of Arts degree in 1996 from the University of California at Santa Barbara. Tracy Hughes

Passionate about protecting consumers from unsafe products and unfair business practices, Tracy specializes in products liability and mass tort cases. She joined Robinson Calcagnie in 2022 from the Los Angeles County Counsel's Affirmative Litigation and Consumer Protection Division, where she was the Consumer Protection Team Leader, and co-lead of the LACC People v. Juul Labs, Inc. and People v. Purdue Pharma et al litigation teams. As a Senior Deputy County Counsel, she coordinated two successful legislative initiatives to strengthen consumer protection enforcement in California. Tracy spent two decades as a prosecutor at the Orange County District Attorney's Office and has extensive courtroom and criminal trial experience. She has also prosecuted civil actions against Fortune 500 companies including Sears Holdings Corporation, Mondelez International, Inc., and Sysco Corporation, and served as the Assistant Head of Court for the OCDA Consumer and Environmental Protection Unit. Tracy has led consumer protection actions involving the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act (Proposition 65), internet sales of banned pharmaceuticals, and the marketing and sale of misbranded drugs and devices. She was the coordinator of the California Food, Drug and Medical Device Task Force from 2012-2020, and was commissioned with the Food and Drug Administration from 2012-2020 to facilitate public health enforcement actions. Tracy received the Leveraging & Collaboration Award from the FDA Office of Regulatory Affairs-Pacific Region in 2016. Tracy has led trainings on advanced negotiation, the opioid crisis, California consumer protection law, and enforcement of judgements. Active in her community, Tracy serves on the Executive Boards of the Orange County Women Lawyers and the California Women Lawyers.
