Anita is the Head of Innovation and Design at SEED. She is an innovation and business leader, with more than two decades of experience working in European and North American Energy Companies such as MOL Group, ConocoPhillips, and Shell International E&P. She has a wide arrays of leadership experience including designing and building interdisciplinary research and service teams, developing, managing, and implementing portfolio of projects across multiple organizations, and transforming large organizations to support business needs.
Anita's passion and strength lie in holding the space between the creativity of teams and the delivery of short and long-term strategy. She is an advocate mentor and coach to managers and talents. In 2015 she received the prestigious "Inspiring Woman in STEM Award" in the U.S.A.
Currently Anita works as an independent transformation advisor, supporting from start-up to multinational organizations in their innovation and transformation journeys.

László is CEO and Academic Director of SEED since October 2024.
Beside his role as an active Faculty Member, he is responsible for the organization and establishment of the entire academic program portfolio of SEED. In addition to his institution-wide coordinating role, he is also in charge of maintaining liaisons with academic and corporate partners, the research and content development and for the in-company programs at SEED.
László holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering, an MBA from the University of Bradford (UK) and a Doctorate in Operations Research. He has more than 20 years executive management experience in Hungary and Switzerland including various strategic and general management positions at multinationals like JTI and T-Systems. He worked extensively in the field of management consulting: established and led the Hungarian office of Kearney, founded, owned and lead the GROW Group. László is the Founder and Lead Methodologist of the CAFE Change Agility Framework. Beyond serving as SEED Academic Director, he acts as leadership advisor to CEO's, Boards and senior leadership teams.
From April 2022, he also served as the Academic Director of SEED. In October 2024 he stepped into the role of CEO at SEED Executive School.

Eszter is the Head of Finance at SEED. She graduated at the Budapest Business School in Finance and Accounting, and worked as an auditor for BDO Hungary. Later she acted at the Pazmany Peter Catholic University as a Project Manager and Financial Officer for Tenders, she has also supported a biotech company as an Office and Finance Manager. She joined the company in 2022.

György is the Head of Advanced Leadership Development at SEED since October, 2024.
György is an American MBA qualified economist with decades of healthcare leadership experience. He began his life sciences career at a medical supplies company in South Carolina, US. Later, he joined the pharmaceutical industry, and he was leading the Hungarian subsidiary of GlaxoSmithKline for two decades as Managing Director and later as Vice President. The company was awarded as Best Employer for three times during his period. He was also tasked with heading a number of innovative projects on European scale and managing the Polish business on an interim basis.
He switched sectors in 2015, transitioning to healthcare services, taking the CEO position at Affidea Hungary, a subsidiary of the pan-European private healthcare provider. He navigated the company through a major business transformation. In 2021 he was awarded with the CEO of the Year Award in Hungary.
He has also performed a number of advocacy tasks, including many years in the Association of Innovative Pharmaceutical Manufacturers. He was one of the founders of the Primus Association, which unites the actors of the Hungarian private health care sector and has been holding the chairman position since then.

Born in Beijing and raised in London, László is a seasoned communications professional. He started his career as an intern at Young & Rubicam advertising and quickly climbed the account ranks to become Client Services Director and in 2007 the CEO of Y&R Budapest and subsequently the Group. He also held the position of Chairman of the Association of Communications Agencies in Hungary for almost a decade. He was responsible for leading 120 people in five companies including a CRM agency, a brand intelligence firm and a service design entity.
After spending 23 years at Y&R he stepped down from this role. In 2019 founded Superfuture Consulting and started advising large, blue chip companies on brand, marketing and communication strategies. He is still active in this field and works with a crew of European creative and strategic talent. He has been faculty at SEED since 2019, and the Head of Marketing and Partnerships since October 2024.
Besides his passion of branding he is a big foodie on social media @foodpolice_blog and owns a string of padel clubs in Budapest @premierpadel. Padel is a mix between squash and tennis.
