We are planning to invest significant funds into developments of a new multi-finctional complex, where all the necessary infrastructure will be provided in order to practice academic rowing... SPARTAC will be a new high-end rowing club with a century long heritage. We love rowing and want to promote it again in order to bring back the former popularity of academic rowing in our beautiful city of Saint Petersburg.
