Established in 2017, Tun Yat (means "tilling the land" in Burmese) is an agri-tech service provider operating across service hubs in Myanmar. Although Myanmar is a significantly agrarian nation, the unfortunate fact is that the majority of farmers in our country cannot afford to either buy or rent farm machinery for improving productivity... Tun Yat fills this gap by providing affordable mechanization as an on-demand service. Simply put, we follow an Uber-for-Tractor model by sourcing a standardized fleet of tractors and harvesters operated by John Deere certified drivers. Our operation hubs reach out to service farmers and their communities across various regions in Myanmar, namely Hinthada (Ayeyarwaddy), Magway, Shan State, Mudon (Mon State), and Yangon...
