The company went through various development stages in which it witnessed a bunch of huge expansions to become one of the biggest industrial companies in Syria, and one of the biggest companies in the middle east in the field of (biscuits, wafer, liquid chocolate, candy)... The company was founded by Walid Shwaiki and his sons (in 1984) in the aim of building production base for the country which contribute in supplying consumptive needs of society, in addition to creating job opportunities which in line with quantitative and qualitative development of education output.
