THIRD GENERATION TILE

Cecil Perkins - the first generation started tiling in the mid 50's. He has re-tiled and repaired many of the historic homes in Wilmington. He also tiled many many homes in the Pine Valley area when the neighborhood was first established... When his eldest daughter married he passed his expertise down to his son in law, Dana Willis.
