Kelly founded the Law Office of Kelly Weiner in 2013 to offer a better attorney/client experience through personal attention and practical legal solutions. Prior to forming the firm, she practiced at Foley & Lardner LLP, Morgan, Lewis & Bockius and Nixon Peabody LLP. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Rochester in 1999 and her JD from Emory University School of Law in 2004.

Lindsey started her 20+ legal career as a law clerk for Honorable Donal C. Nugent, Federal District Judge, practiced at White & Case, Fish & Neave, F.R. Kelly & Co., and Cowan, Liebowitz & Latman, P.C., Proskauer Rose, and Axiom before launching her own trademark practice in 2015. She has considerable experience in managing global trademark portfolios.

Sarah started her legal career as an Examining Attorney for the US Patent and Trademark Office before moving on to practice trademark law at Standley Law Group LLP. She is now in-house counsel. for a software development company in the field of human services, where she serves as General Counsel/VP. She earned her JD from Emory University School of Law in 2005.
