Matthew was a Portfolio Manager and Global Advisory Committee member at fund of hedge funds giant Financial Risk Management (FRM), and Managing Partner (Head of Risk) at macro fund Loegria Capital LLP.​

Experienced risk management professional specialising in market and counterparty risk and regulatory affairs. Paula has held senior positions in structuring, prime brokerage and clearing risk at Goldman Sachs and HSBC. Paula also has extensive experience of regulatory risk gained from the UK FSA (now the PRA/FCA) and Deutsche Bank.
