UNIVERSITY OF MANCHESTER

We are the central hub of badminton at the University of Manchester, catering badminton for all abilities at the university and beyond. Founded in 1926, the University of Manchester Badminton Club is one of the 30-odd sports clubs within the Athletics' Union at the University of Manchester. We run primarily during the university academic year between October and June... We are a non-profit Badminton England affiliated club, and run various events as part our calendar. We encourage players who are determined to improve and are highly passionate for the sport to join and play. The club offers recreational Clubnight badminton, hosted on Friday evenings and Sunday afternoons. These are open to everyone, including the public. Anyone can turn up to pay-to-play so bring along some friends as well!... Our team that will compete in the local league around Manchester and are of a lower standard than Performance Squad.
