Dawn is a licensed REALTOR in the Commonwealth of Virginia since 2014. As office manager, she keeps the office running smoothly, collecting rents, paying the owners, coordinating payments for vendors on maintenance concerns, issuing monthly statements and year end 1099's along with helping to train on the ever changing software programs put in place to help our owners and tenants. The financial world has been Dawn's comfort zone for most of her life, having worked in banking for 25+ years and having held many financial licenses. Property Management has been in her family since the 80's so when she joined the team in 2012 it came naturally.

Deborah Squires

Deborah (Debbie) Squires is a Licensed REALTOR in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the Maintenance Director for Virginia Properties and Management Services LLC. Debbie has 30 plus years of experience in the corporate world working with top management in various industries. This experience is an asset for the Maintenance Director position. Her experience varies from the foundation of a house to the top of the roof and all areas in between. Debbie has a knack for customer service and dealing with the public. Debbie enjoys camping with her husband and spending time with her grandchildren.

Marita Dorr is the Principle Broker of Virginia Properties and Management Services, LLC since 2009 when VPMS opened its doors In Virginia. Marita has been a licensed REALTOR since 1993. Marita is dedicated to higher education, she is committed to customer service and always striving to provide excellent service to the public. To keep up on the ever changing laws in the Real Estate profession Marita attends Property Management Conventions, participates in continuing education training, where she is a member, at The Virginia Realtors (VR), Richmond Association of Realtors (RAR), Southside Association of Realtors (SVAR) and National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). Marita is a full service REALTOR with designations to work with Landlords, Tenants, Buyers and Sellers. Marita enjoys traveling, reading non-fiction and participating in church activities.
