Anna is your primary point of contact here at Wells! She has a passion for fostering strong client relationships and ensuring the successful execution of all projects. Anna brings over 10 years of experience in the horticulture field to Wells.
In her spare time, she enjoys serving on the Board of Directors at her community theatre. In the summers she can be spotted there volunteering either onstage or in the ticket booth. Anna is committed to ensuring our clients have a five-star experience with Wells.
Dana has been with Wells since April 2020 and helps ensure things run smoothly over here. She oversees our marketing & budgets and supports the office staff to hit our goals. Dana holds our team accountable to high production standards and top-notch quality, all while building an encouraging culture in the Wells Lawn Care family.
Derek has backgrounds in landscape design, business management, and entrepreneurship from BSU and IU. He's a husband, father of 3 boys and 1 girl, and an active member of various Bloomington organizations. He enjoys spending his free time with his family outside and doing events at church. Derek has been in the landscape industry for 18 years and has your best interest at heart when planning your family's lawn and landscape needs.

Garrett served in the US Navy from 2015 to 2020 as an aviation rescue swimmer. He studied at San Diego Mesa College and Purdue University Global. He has many years of experience in leading and working as a team.
Garrett is always happy to help so please do not hesitate to reach out with any mowing or fertilization questions. His goal is for your lawn to be the best on the block!

After 12 years in education, Misty is excited to return to the office and business setting. She manages client and vendor accounts, and works to keep our trucks and equipment ready to go so our crews can service our clients in the best fashion.
A native of South Florida, Misty has called Indiana her home for 23 years. She is an active coach in youth sports and enjoys volunteering with Monroe County Special Olympics and Indiana Bulldog Rescue. Misty lives in Bloomington with her youngest daughter and fiancé while her two oldest daughters are off studying and playing softball in college.

Steve oversees the landscape install & maintenance divisions. He brings perspective, communication and commitment to his landscaping projects. His passion started as a young boy digging in the dirt and grew into a professional with over 20 years of experience in all aspects of landscaping and lawn care. He remains up to date with industry trends as well as necessary credentials and licensing. His time away from work is spent relaxing with his family.
