Iona's recruitment career began in 2008 with Global Highland, one of GEG Capital's esteemed portfolio recruitment businesses. She started her journey by focusing on the Construction industry and went on to gain valuable experience in Healthcare, Oil & Gas, and Renewables. With over 15 years of hands-on recruitment experience and a track record of leading successful recruitment businesses, Iona has become an expert in her field. Previously the Managing Director of Cammach, one of the group's four external recruitment businesses, Iona currently serves as Group Recruitment Director for GEG Capital, leading the Recruitment Portfolio across several sectors, including Food Processing, Industrial, Construction, Commercial, Oil & Gas, and Marine. Within her role, she works closely with individual business leaders, striving to support growth within the individual businesses and sectors while also seeking to add new sectors to the portfolio. Additionally, she sees vast potential for organic growth by strengthening inter-business links and cooperation. In her free time, Iona has a passion for staying active and healthy by going to the gym. Additionally, she loves spending quality time with her friends, whether it be through social events or simply catching up over a cup of coffee. On a personal note, Iona also has a fun fact to share. As a child, she once auditioned with Ted Danson for the film Loch Ness. Although she did not get the role, it is a fun memory that she cherishes to this day.

Keith Kendall

Keith Kendall has had a diverse work history, starting in a warehouse and serving in the RAF's telecommunications department, before transitioning to the construction industry as an administrator. He later moved into HR at KCA Deutag before pivoting to the marine industry as a Crewing Officer and eventually becoming a Crewing Manager. Keith joined Genesis as a Marine Recruitment Consultant in 2018, applying decades of expert knowledge in his fast-paced, demanding role. Keith expertly places qualified seafarers, demonstrating his talent at filling the most challenging placements with ease. During his free time, Keith indulges in a variety of passions, including exploring his family history, capturing beautiful moments through photography (in which he earned an O Level during a short period of unemployment), embarking on hill walks, and cherishing quality time with his loved ones.

Lyndsey Wilkinson

Lyndsey began her career in recruitment in 2010. After gaining valuable international experience working in Dubai and Qatar through a secondment, Lyndsey returned to Inverness in 2017 where she joined Global Highland, one of GEG Capital's esteemed portfolio recruitment businesses alongside Cammach, Be Personnel and Genesis Personnel. Progressing to the role of Group Business Development Director for the recruitment portfolio in 2022, Lyndsey has acquired expertise in diverse industries such as construction, engineering, technical services, oil and gas, food production, industrial manufacturing, hospitality, and commercial sectors. She excels at building strong client relationships and understanding the challenges they face in recruiting, drawing on her knowledge of local markets and geographical areas, ranging from the Highlands and Islands to Moray and Aberdeenshire. An interesting fact about Lyndsey is that she once swam for Scotland as a synchronised swimmer. In her spare time, she enjoys socializing with friends and family and regularly attends the gym.

Susan Duguid

Susan Duguid began her career in the Marine Industry in 1982 after completing her HND in Business Studies. As Susan's career developed, she progressed to leading a crew management division of a high-profile marine organisation, overseeing the recruitment and management of crews for a range of vessels, including DSVs, Semis, PSVs, AHTS, and ERRVs. Following this, she worked as a Crew Manager for a specialist marine agency. Susan's expertise in crew management led to her joining Acergy as their Crew Manager, where she oversaw Marine Consultants based in three countries, managing the supply and management of crews for their fleet of offshore vessels. After the sale of Acergy, she moved to Subsea 7 before establishing her own Marine Recruitment company, which she successfully ran for ten years. Since joining Genesis, Susan has progressed to Marine Team Lead, where she personally assists Cal Mac and Atlantic Towing with crew, whilst overseeing the broader marine team. Outside of work, Susan enjoys spending time with her family and training her new puppy.
