Adam joined Pozzoni in 2014 as an Architectural Technologist in the living team. His experience and knowledge are integral to the team's delivery of technically challenging and innovative schemes.
Alex joined Pozzoni in August 2017 as a Project Architect. He has extensive experience of housing, education and community projects, working with housing providers, councils and schools. Alex also has a keen interest in sustainable design and promoting the environmental agenda.
Alice joined Pozzoni in 2014 and is a Senior Associate with the education team, having gained over 10 years of experience in the sector. She has a great ability to process and interpret complex project issues and is able to quickly develop design and technical solutions, ensuring project requirements are produced effectively and innovatively.

Andrew re-joined the Pozzoni team in August 2019 following completion of his study at Nottingham Trent University. Prior to this he spent his placement year with the commercial team working on projects from concept stage to construction. He has experience using Revit and will be assisting on the technical resolution of a range of projects to further develop his knowledge of construction and interest within the commercial sector.

Andrew joined Pozzoni in 2007 and is the Director of the Pozzoni living team, responsible for later living and residential projects between our Altrincham and Brighton offices. He has expertise in planning and construction legislation and also provides an architectural monitoring service for several clients.

Bethany joined the living team in April 2018. She is rapidly developing her knowledge and experience in the design and construction of extra care and residential projects.
Bryony joined the company in March 2018 in the living team, working on a number of projects, including extra care and residential. She has experience working on private housing plus HLF-funded community projects, and is also a Certified Passive House Designer.

Catherine joined Pozzoni in 2001 and has gained considerable experience of designing and delivering educational facilities. She is the Director of the education team and is responsible for a wide range of school, college and university projects. Her work in the special educational needs sector, specifically within the field of Autism Spectrum Disorder and Asperger's Syndrome, has given her an excellent understanding of the specific requirements associated with specialised facilities. Catherine is also responsible for Pozzoni's accredited Quality Management System.
Cheryl is one of our longest serving employees. Working closely with our Studio Manager, she coordinates office activities, ensures efficiency of our daily studio operations and acts in a supportive role to all teams across the business.
Claire joined the practice in September 2016 with a wide range of support experience across various industry sectors. Her role as Studio Manager is to ensure the smooth day to day running of the studio, HR for the practice along with management of the administration team.

Darren is a Senior Architectural Technologist working in the leisure sector. His role at Pozzoni is to manage detailed technical solutions from project inception to construction, including the collation of technical information and preparation of design information, specification details and contracts. His technical knowledge ensures projects are delivered on time and on budget to meet client expectations.
David is a Senior Associate in Pozzoni's leisure team and is responsible for the design, development and delivery of sports facilities and swimming pools, including new-build, refurbishment and extensions. He enjoys a positive relationship with prestigious leisure provider clients, along with numerous contractors, local authority and private clients.
Eleanor joined Pozzoni in 2004 as an Architectural Assistant and is now a Senior Associate in the housing team. She leads on delivering a wide range of residential schemes, from family housing to special needs accommodation, both privately and publicly-funded. Eleanor has worked across a broad range of housing projects of varying sizes and complexities for developers and registered social landlords of extra care, general needs and special needs housing. She has a particular interest in the older persons' independent living sector.
Emma joined Pozzoni in 2004 as a year-out student and has progressed within the practice, as a Senior Associate in the living team responsible for delivering projects across the sector. She has undertaken research into care hotels and intergenerational housing and also co-ordinates the Pozzoni Academy, mentoring the next generation of architects.

Ian leads our Brighton studio and is a key member of the Pozzoni living team. His expertise includes extensive knowledge and experience of the design and commercial requirements of the later living sector. He specialises in retirement villages and assisted living projects, working with the UK's leading operators and developers to create welcoming and inclusive communities to maximise the enjoyment of later life.
Jacob joined Pozzoni in 2015 as a Part 1 Architectural Assistant via the Pozzoni Academy. He has recently qualified and is now a Project Architect within the living team and uses his design and model-making skills to convey project visions to clients.

Having previously carried out his placement year with the company in 2017, James returned to the leisure team in July 2019 after completing his BSc. James has experience on refurbishment and new build projects, working on detailed tender and construction packages utilising his strong Revit skills.

Jamie is a Director at Pozzoni having joined the practice in 2002. He leads the commercial team, with overall responsibility for delivering successful projects, as well as ongoing feasibility and masterplanning work for a number of key clients. Jamie's broad experience has led him to develop an interest in the practice's mixed-use workload.
