Sparks began in 1996, initially offering a mix of publishing services, web design, software training, IT support and telecommunications consultancy. We took on our first employee in 1997, focusing on publishing and multimedia services, and became a limited company in 1999. Over the next few years, the company grew to seven members of staff. In 2007 the publishing side of the business was relaunched as Sparks Publishing Services Ltd...
