Andrew Davis

Andrew is renowned for helping organisations transform their new business development and client relation's activities. As one of the UK's most prolific and sought-after digital marketing trainers, keynote speakers and consultants, Andrew's has applied his unique approach to clients in multiple sectors. Andrew has trained or consulted many prominent organisations with their digital skills and projects including Tesco, KPMG, Barnados, Saatchi & Saatchi, o2, Ogilvy and the UK Government's Innovate UK. Andrew also sat on the Ofcom Advisory Committee for England between 2012 and 2016 where he focused on innovation, diversification and small businesses. Andrews digital career spans over 16 years. After working as a chatroom moderator on Pop Idol and Friends Reunited, Andrew served as producer for the digital station BBC Radio 1Xtra. He then went on to be a Manager for Myspace.com, where he helped launch its UK Marketing and Content division before he started training and consulting.

Clare Hart

Clare has over 16 years of diverse business experience in the areas of marketing, sales, sales training, public relations, sales forecasting and finance. She has spent a large portion of her career on developing marketing and sales training programs for high technology products and services. Her executive leadership experience includes own company creation and development. Clare has developed and implemented marketing and sales programs for a broad range of channels, services and products. She has extensive experience with international conglomerates, consumer brands and direct sell major accounts. Clare has designed and delivered training courses for all levels of staff in both multinational companies and small businesses alike, and particularly enjoys cross-cultural training.

Hayley Mares

Hayley has over 20 years of retail experience focusing on sales management, the importance of communication and the customer experience within the luxury arena. Hayley has defined and implemented a new management and employee onboarding strategy aimed at increasing employee engagement. She has also implemented and rolled out an Omni-Channel initiative allowing customers greater access to products and increasing company turnover. Hayley has designed and delivered fun, interactive and experiential training courses including blended learning offering a variety of methods and skills with a strong emphasis on coaching.

Laura Thomas

Laura is a passionate and dynamic trainer who can naturally connect and engage with younger audiences. Her diverse background in business and training allows her to use her own experience to deliver high impact messages that educate and inspire delegates. Laura has extensive experience developing and running graduate training on interpersonal, communication and sales skills. She has spent a significant amount of time coaching individuals 1-2-1 on specific sales techniques. Laura has trained and spoken at a number of blue chip corporate firms. Laura is also a certified holistic health coach with experience developing materials and training in corporate health and wellbeing.

Renato Mosca

Renato spent most of his career managing business at international level with reputation for achieving results, developing his team and retaining talents. He has multicultural experience matured in Asia, in Europe and traveling all over the world in different management roles form sales and retail to training and development. For Renato is extremely easy to embrace people from different cultures and background. He facilitates with real examples coming from the business, which motivate delegates to act quickly for improved performances. Renato is credible, open minded and passionate for people and he enjoys working with client companies who care about the business results and at the same time care about their people and their final customers.

Sarah Strong

Sarah has been with PBA for 15 years as the Office Manager and PA to Penny Blake. Sarah works closely with all the trainers; organising their busy diaries, travel arrangements, invoicing, liaising daily with customers, preparing proposals and workbooks for clients across the globe. Sarah is the back bone to the organisation and the structure of PBA. She consistently receives excellent feedback from clients for her prompt and efficient communication skills and flexibility.
