Adriana Azar is a passionate and successful referral agent and home improvement specialist. She has worked in the industry since 2007 and was the No. 1 referral agent at her last brokerage. After graduating from San Francisco State University in 2001, she worked at a newspaper distribution company for 18 years, where she became very familiar with the Greater Sacramento area. She currently holds a Home Improvement Salesperson license and is a bathroom designer.
Adriana has been recognized and received multiple awards throughout her career for her excellent customer service and agent relation skills. She loves working with people who are at a crossroads trying to decide whether they want to sell their home for a new one or remodel their home to make it a better fit.
Originally from the Bay Area, Adriana has lived in Folsom, California, since 2015. Her husband also is a real estate agent who, rather than focusing on home improvement, specializes in helping people find their forever home. In her free time, Adriana enjoys viewing properties to see how other people design and structure their homes, but she also loves thrifting with her daughters, buying and selling things online, hiking, and golfing.
Tony Shepherd began his career in real estate as a loan officer in 2005 before opening his own real estate and mortgage company with his father in 2007. As a child, Tony grew up going on broker tours and helping his mom, a real estate agent, with open houses.
Now, as an agent, Tony prides himself on being available to his clients 24/7 and keeping honest and open communication throughout each transaction. He is fueled by wanting to see his clients happy as they fulfill a dream of owning property. He puts his clients' needs first while helping them confidently make one of the largest purchases of their lives.
Caitlyn Davis is a California native who is honored to serve her Roseville community. She earned her Bachelor of Science in human development from the University of California, Davis in 2008. After receiving her degree, Caitlyn began working at a health care company where she has been its department secretary since 2011. While she enjoys working there, she wanted to move into a career with greater potential for growth. Caitlyn decided to get her real estate license in California and start working toward her goal of working in the real estate industry.
While Caitlyn has excellent time management, organization, assertiveness, and communication skills, her passion and dedication to customer service are what truly make her stand out. Combined with her personal experience with buying and selling homes, Caitlyn's desire to help others succeed makes her an outstanding partner to her clients.
Caitlyn was born and raised in Rocklin, California. She eventually moved to Roseville in 2013, where she has since lived with her husband, three young children, and a new puppy. In her free time, Caitlyn likes to make T-shirts and practice photography, namely portrait photography. She also volunteers in her daughter's Girl Scout troop as cookie manager every year.
Michael was born in Carmichael, graduated from high school in Granite Bay, visited his grandparents often in Fair Oaks and his family in Lincoln, and bought his first home in Roseville.
While obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a minor in Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento, he lived in various Sacramento neighborhoods in and around the college. Needless to say, in Michael's lifetime he's come to know almost every corner of the Sacramento and Placer County area.
Family has always been important to Michael. His father has worked for the same local business for over 30 years, and his mother has been a teacher and a school administrator in the public schools for over 35 years. His younger brother, Matthew, graduated from Chico State.
Dedication and commitment have been lifelong values that have been instilled in Michael from past generations. An accomplishment of Michael's was obtaining the status of Eagle Scout. "For me that was something that didn't come easily. But it meant I had to be trustworthy, helpful, loyal, friendly, courteous, kind and obedient to earn that special distinction, and I'm proud of it."
Handling each real estate transaction personally to make sure his client is 100% satisfied is just a natural tendency that comes easily to Michael. He takes care of each person as if they were his family. And he works long and tireless hours to make sure that each and every client knows they are special to him.
