Outside of her professional pursuits, Dani enjoys spending quality time with her husband and three children.

Daniel Maxwell

Daniel is a settlement planner and attorney located in Amicus' Farmington, Utah office. Daniel is graduate of the Creighton University School of Law, where he graduated summa cum laude. Prior to law school, Daniel worked with Amicus Financial Advisors, LLC. Daniel received his B.S. from Brigham Young University, where he graduated magna cum laude from the Marriott Business School of Management, with an emphasis in finance.

David Tombs

David received his B.A. in University Studies and his M.S. in Personal Financial Planning from Texas Tech University where he graduated magna cum laude both times. David holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation as well as being a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level 3 Candidate.

Dustin Cordell

Dustin joined Amicus in 2006 as a financial analyst and consultant. In 2009 he became a case manager and settlement planner, corresponding with clients, attorneys, and other planners. Dustin's education includes a BS (summa cum laude) in Personal Financial Planning from Texas Tech University. Dustin has also received the Registered Settlement Planner (RSP) designation.

Greg Maxwell

Greg is an attorney, Certified Financial Planner, and settlement planner with Amicus Settlement Planners, LLC. He is also a partner in the law firm Tombs Maxwell LLP and co-founded Amicus Settlement Planners in 2006. His practice specializes in special-needs planning, government benefit planning, and financial planning for settling plaintiffs. Greg Maxwell is an attorney, Certified Financial Planner, and settlement planner with Amicus Settlement Planners, LLC. He is also a partner in the law firm Amicus Law Firm and co-founded Amicus Settlement Planners in 2006. His practice specializes in special-needs planning, government benefits planning, financial planning for settling plaintiffs, and income tax planning for attorneys. He is a past president and board member of the Society of Settlement Planners, a national organization advocating for plaintiff's rights in the settlement planning process. Greg is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Utah Association for Justice, the Financial Planning Association, and the American Bar Association. Greg is a 2003 graduate of the Texas Tech University School of Law. Greg is a frequent speaker to local, state, and national trial lawyer organizations regarding settlement planning related topics. Greg lives near Salt Lake City, Utah, with his wife and 4 children. Greg enjoys coaching his children's sports teams, playing tennis, slicing golf balls into the next fairway, and trying not to hurt himself keeping up with his kids. Jenny Hamblin

Jenny has a degree in Communications and has spent her career in advising, customer service, and marketing. Most recently she has been a content writer and marketing strategist, meeting with small businesses to improve messaging and stimulate growth. Jenny is a skilled "people person" and enjoys helping clients and prospects through the Amicus process. She runs our communications and customer success initiatives. Her most challenging job is raising her four children (and husband).

Joseph Tombs

Joseph Tombs has thirty years of experience in various aspects of law and financial planning. He started his career as a tax and estate planning attorney. Joe has served on the full-time faculties of the University of Georgia, University of Louisiana, Georgia State University, and Texas Tech University and as an adjunct professor at the University of Southern Virginia, Kaplan University, and Lubbock Christian University. Joseph Tombs has thirty years of experience in various aspects of law and financial planning. He started his career as a tax and estate planning attorney. Joe has served on the full-time faculties of four universities: University of Georgia, University of Louisiana, Georgia State University, and Texas Tech University and as an adjunct professor at University of Southern Virginia, Kaplan University, and Lubbock Christian University. Joe served as an Associate Vice President of First Colony Life Insurance Company and Director of Advanced Marketing at GE Financial Assurance. Joe has developed a specialty in planning for the recipients of tort settlements and is a founding member at Amicus Financial Advisors, LLC and Tombs Maxwell LLP. Kent is a current board member of the Society of Settlement Planners. Kent lives in beautiful Cache Valley, Utah, with his wife and 4 children. In his spare time, Kent is a co-race director for the Top of Utah Marathon.

Larry Peterson

Prior to joining Amicus Larry worked as an intern for The Level Four Group, Dallas, TX.

Lee Salmon

Lee is a retired Army Colonel who has followed financial markets and personal finance for decades. He is working on a master's degree in Financial Planning with a focus on retirement planning, estate planning, and tax planning. He also has Master's Degrees in National Security Policy Development and Strategic Intelligence Analysis and Operations. Lee's life experience and wisdom greatly benefits his clients. He speaks Spanish and is the Director of an English as a Second Language Program. He is married with four adult children.

Marco Figueroa

Patrick Tombs

Patrick is a Registered Settlement Planner (RSP) and attorney located in the Lubbock, Texas office. Patrick is a graduate of the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University.
