Darren Adams

Darren has been specialising in personal injury law since 1998. His areas of expertise include Motor Vehicle Accidents, Workplace Injuries, Mining Injuries, Slips & Falls, Industrial Accidents and Fatal/Catastrophic Injuries. He has conducted thousands of cases achieving the best possible outcomes for those who are injured. Darren has also gained invaluable experience and insights into the Workers Compensation scheme in Qld. He understands how frustrating the system can be to navigate for injured workers and is able to communicate with WorkCover on your behalf to ensure your interests are always fully protected. Darren has spent many years fighting insurance companies to get justice for injured persons focussed on plaintiff-only injury litigation for the injured person and has proven to be a formidable opponent for even the largest insurers and never backs down from a fight. His experience and straight forward advice (affectionately called the "No BS" approach) means you will know exactly where your claim stands from the outset.

John McWilliam

John completed his law degree in 2005 and was admitted as a solicitor in 2006. He practiced in various areas of law from 2007 until 2009 when he became partners with Darren Adams and started Adams McWilliam Solicitors. John has, since then been specialising in personal injury law and has been involved in thousands of personal injury claims. He has acted for clients who have suffered catastrophic injuries in the workplace, in motor vehicle accidents and in slip and fall accidents. Since practicing personal injury law he has never had a case that has not had a successful outcome for his clients. He has settled numerous claims with WorkCover Queensland; CTP insures such as Suncorp, RACQ and Allianz; and many other public liability insurers. He has been involved in a number of trials in the Queensland courts and on every occasion has had a favourable outcome for his clients. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting.
