Luke is a software developer working with higher education and the NHS. He leads on e-learning development projects, software design for mobile platforms and designing innovative learning spaces for clinical simulation. His work specialises in 3D digital animation to produce educational websites, serious games and virtual reality applications for healthcare and patient information. He has developed software to use computer generated characters (or avatars) as virtual patients, combined with natural language interfaces to simulate clinical consultations for healthcare training.

Ray is a talented, deeply committed individual . Critically, Ray gets into the details, organizes teams, and measures and tracks results. Things simply get done. Ray is one of those executives that is easy to work with and brings to the table a wide array of executive decision-making and executive skills. Over the years, I have worked with many executives at the C/D-level and I can say that Ray is focused, but not to the exclusion of others around him. He is the type person you would want in your executive suite. I have worked with Ray for a very long time and he is extraordinarily knowledgeable about all aspects of kidney research and has been invaluable in helping shape the course of several successful launches.
