CARE 2 SHARE RESOURCES

Care 2 Share Resources is a small privately run organization comprising of four companies, Horizon Residential Care Ltd, Care2Share Ltd, Care2Share2 Ltd and Real Life Care Ltd. The companies provide a range of services for children and families which are predominantly residential and began in 1997 with Horizon Residential Children's Home. Over the past 18 years the organisation has grown and in addition to two children's homes operated by Horizon and Care2Share2, Care2Share has established 2 Residential Family Assessment Centres and Real Life provides 16+ Residential Supported Living Services for young people and Supported Living Projects for parents.
