Chilean Shrimp, the most beautiful and amazingly delicious cold water shrimp in the world. This shrimp is from a Marine Stewardship (MSC) certified fishery... The Latin name for the shrimp is Hetercarpus Reedi. This shrimp is unique to the water in the South Pacific off Chile. It exists no where else in the world. We have been working with this shrimp since 1980 and have never found another shrimp in our travels round the world sourcing product that can match the qualities of Chilean Shrimp meat.
