FAMILIES OVERCOMING ADDICTION

We are a group of parents, spouses, siblings, friends and we all have someone we care about who has a problem with drugs and/or alcohol. We operate on a first-name basis, respecting your privacy and confidentiality. We provide a safe, non-judgmental environment where we all relate to the struggles and challenges of loving a person who has an addiction... It is important to us at Families Overcoming Addiction that we are striving to meet the needs of people who access our service and that we continue to develop and improve. We can do this by hearing from you - what are we doing well? What areas need improvement?... We are based in Taranaki, New Zealand/Aotearoa. We provide Peer Support Facilitator lead group meetings to share coping strategies, communication skills, ideas and support which you may find helpful.
